Delicious move to new home

วันนี้เข้าไปเปิดหน้าเว็บ delicious online bookmark service ที่ใช้งานเป็นประจำพบข้อความว่า

“Yahoo! is excited to announce that Delicious has been acquired by the
founders of YouTube, Chad Hurley and Steve Chen. As creators of the largest
online video platform, they have firsthand experience enabling millions of users
to share their experiences with the world. Delicious will become part of their
new Internet company, AVOS.”

สรุปแล้วคือ Delicious ได้ถูก acquire ไปเรียบร้อยแล้ว :) เห็นว่าให้รีบๆมา transfer ก่อนเดือนกรกฎาคม 2011 นะครับ ก่อนที่เค้าจะ off Delicious

ลองกันยังครับ Internet Explorer 9 (IE9)

เมื่อวันก่อนมองไปเห็นว่ามี notification ให้ลอง update ie8 ไปเป็น ie9 เลยทดลองเสียหน่อย ไม่ค่อยได้ update อะไรมานาน ผลที่ได้ก็ตกใจพอควรครับ

หน้าตาดีเอาการ ไม่ค่อยเห็น ie หน้าตาแนวๆแบบนี้มาก่อน เรื่อง tab ก็โอเคนะครับ
แต่หาเรื่องของ encoding ยังไม่เจอครับ
มี recent browse session เหมือนใน google chrome ให้ด้วย
แต่โดยรวมก็ประทับใจนะ

ย้าย hosting ครับ

หลังจากวันก่อน web down ไป ก็เลยคุยกับพี่ชายใจดีที่เคยให้อาศัย host ว่าน่าจะย้าย host กันดีกว่า เพราะ support ที่นั่นค่อนข้างจะช้า

ซึ่งหลังจากได้คุยกับ hosting รายใหม่แล้ว ก็ถือว่าประทับใจที่คอยให้บริการตอบคำถาม และช่วยย้ายข้อมูลจาก host เก่ามาไว้ที่นี่ อาจจะเพราะผมไม่ค่อยได้มีประสบการณ์กับการเช่า hosting ด้วยตนเอง เลยทำให้ตื่นตาตื่นใจเหลือเกิน

ตอนนี้ก็อยู่ในช่วงปรับปรุงบ้านแห่งนี้ใหม่อีกครั้ง ก็หวังว่าจะยังคงแวะเวียนเข้ามาฝากคำไว้เช่นเคยนะครับ

แต่ข่าวร้ายคือว่า analytic stat ต้องเริ่มนับใหม่กันเลยทีเดียว

ช่วงนี้ไม่ได้มาอัพเดตนานมากๆ ขอพักร้อนสักแป๊บนะครับ งานเยอะ ร่างกายไม่ค่อยดี แล้วก็ออกเที่ยวด้วยครับ

I have read about Tabblo Print Toolkit posted at rangwan . There is a tool named, HP Blog printing, a plugin for wordpress and movable type which let you print out your favourite posts from blogs powered by wordpress or movable type. Here is the installation guide for WordPress’s Fan

Download plugin from here.
Unzip downloaded file and then upload the entire folder “HPBlogPrint” to WordPress plugin directory on your web hosting (…/plugin/HPBlogPrint).
Insert the following code into sidebar.php file of your current WordPress theme There is an example sidebar.php file in the downloaded file or if you currently use sidebar widget, you can add print button from there.
activate plugin in wordpress admin page

That’s all. HP Blog Printing plugin is now ready armed on your blog. After give a try with my blog, I have found that

The only print format is PDF.
There is a “Print preview.”
This plugin cannot print out the post written in Thai (maybe all unicode text) :dead:

ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ืที่นี่

WordPress 2.2

Upgrade กันอีกครั้งกับ wordpress 2.2 ซึ่งมี codename ว่า Getz นัก tenor saxophone ผู้โด่งดัง Stan Getz (อิอิ ผมไม่รู้ัจักหรอก :love: )

Feature หลักๆที่ทางคุณ Aaron เล่าให้ฟังก็มีี

Widgets – เนื่องจากหลายคนได้ติดตั้ง Automatic widget plugin ไว้ใน blog ของตนเอง ใน version นี้จึงได้รวมไว้ซะเลย (อันนี้ผมไม่ได้ใช้ :pirate: )
Atom 1.0 Feeds – จากที่เมื่อก่อนรองรับเพียง Atom 0.3 กับ Rss feed 2.0 ตอนนี้สาวก Atom feed ก็ยิ้มออกละ
WordPress Admin powered by JQuery – อันนี้ผมยังไม่ได้ลอง แล้วก็อธิบายไม่ถูกด้วย
New Blogger import -จริงๆมีมาตั้งแต่ version 2.1 แล้วแต่ยังมี bug อยู่ แต่ตอนนี้ก็โอเคละครับ
Preview Link – ไม่มีในหน้า write post ละครับ ก็ไม่ต้องเสียเวลาโหลดเหมือนแต่เก่า
Mail Enchancement – มีการ integrate PHPMailer ไว้ด้วย แต่อันนี้ไม่รู้ว่าจะได้ใช้รึเปล่า

อยากดู update feature เต็มๆ ก็เชิญที่นี่ครับ :cool:

หายไปนานหลายวัน ด้วยเหตุหลายประการ

อยากจะใช้ feedburner แล้วเกิดปัญหาในระหว่าง validate rss link (ประมาณว่า xml file มีปัญหา) เลยพยายามลง wordpress ใหม่

ระหว่างการลง wordpress 2.1.3 ใหม่นั้น ผมได้ทำการ backup ข้อมูลเก่าแล้วก็ลบไฟล์ใน web server ทิ้งหมด และทำการ upload file ใหม่ทั้งดุ้นลงไปแทน เมื่อทำการ run file install.php ระบบก็ฟ้องว่า “already installed , you need to เคลียร์ข้อมูลใน mysql table เสียก่อน”

ซวยหละสิครับคราวนี้ เดือดร้อนถึงพี่ที่ผมขอยืมพื้นที่ hosting กับอยู่ ต้องมานั่ง clear table ให้ผมใหม่ ดังนั้น บทเรียนคราวนี้สอนให้รู้ว่า “คิดจะติดตั้งใหม่ ต้องใคร่อ่านให้ดีก่อน” (ไม่ได้เกี่ยวกันเลย :p)

ทีนี้พอเริ่มติดตั้งใหม่ได้ก็มาเดือดร้อนเรื่อง blogroll หละสิครับท่าน backup ไว้ยังไงเนี่ย ทำไมมัน import มาไม่ได้ ตอนนี้เลยต้องไปนั่งอ่านก่อนว่า “คราวหน้า” จะทำไงให้ backup blogroll ได้

ขอจบเรื่องบ่นแต่เพียงเท่านี้ก่อน แบบว่าช่วงนี้ลูกก็ใกล้คลอดแล้ว ตื่นเต้นๆครับ เตรียมหาซื้อของให้ลูกกันระวิงเลย
